Bahrod. Prabha school operator has been accused of raping a minor student in Burdod municipal area of Sadar police station area. On Saturday, the people of the Sarvajaj staged a sit -in in front of the school and demanded the arrest of the accused and the cancellation of the school.
Representatives of various societies including former sarpanch Ramvatar Saini, head of Saini Samaj Seva Samiti Mahavir Prasad were present in the dharna. The people sitting on the dharna said that due to such incident, no one will send their girls to read, the relationship between the Guru and the disciple is very sacred. When such an incident starts in the temple of education, no one will send their girls to study, if such incidents start happening in the temple of education, then the girls are safe.
While a case is registered in the Poxo Act, the police have not yet arrested the accused. No action has been taken by the Education Department so far.
The protesters have given a 24 -hour ultimatum to the police. He says that if the accused does not arrest during this time and the process of canceling the recognition of the school does not start, then on Monday, there will be a sit -in in front of the office of the subdivision or district level officers. The final decision in this regard will be taken in the meeting of Sarvajamaj on Monday.
On receiving information about the protest demonstration, the police reached the spot and talked to the people, Sadar Thanadikari Subesinh said- the education department had called the school for investigation. There was also a sit -in of villagers there. The villagers demanded that the accused be arrested. The case is being investigated by Neemrana CO Sachin Sharma.
Investigating officer Neemrana DSP Sachin Sharma said, “I am sitting at the Sadar police station right now. The investigation is going on. The accused will soon be taken legal action against them.

CBEO Ramkala Yadav said, “There was a complaint from the villagers that their girls in the school are not safe. It is the responsibility of the education department to investigate. That is why today two POs (Principal) were sent for investigation. There was also a complaint of another school, but could not go there today. On Monday, the investigating officer will report and according to this, there will be further action against the matter will be taken against whatever action will be taken against him.
