The sister of the deceased told the police that a girl loved her two brothers. His elder brother’s name is Shiva and younger brother’s name is Ajay. When both of them came to know about this, the quarrel started between them. Both started to fight intoxicated. In which the younger brother attacked the elder brother with a brick and killed him.
Brother used to fight every day after drinking
In this case, the father of the deceased Darshan Kashyap said that both his sons are addicted to alcohol. They used to drink alcohol and fight each other. The same thing happened last night. After drinking alcohol, he started quarreling, when the elder brother Shiva fell on the ground, the elder attacked him with a brick, killing him on the spot. After this, he called his sister and told that his elder brother has been murdered.

When the younger brother Ajay informed the sister about the murder of the elder brother, he could not believe it. For this reason, he took a photo of his brother’s body and sent it to his sister to convince him. In this case, the police has arrested the accused Ajay. A case has been registered against the accused under Section 304 of IPC and Section 105 of BNS Act.
