New Delhi. Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad’s dimension Agrivision’s ‘Self-reliant Agriculture-Self-reliant India’ theme-based national conference was concluded in Delhi. Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Tomar addressed the students, agricultural academics, agricultural scientists etc. present from all over the country in the closing session of the National Conference of Agrivision on Saturday. In this conference, more than 400 students, professors from major agricultural education institutes, universities across the country participated and research papers etc. were presented on various subjects.
Important proposals related to agriculture were passed in this conference, in which, mainly, the demand for the establishment of the Agriculture Council of India against the irregularities prevailing in the agricultural sectors, the demand for the appointment of permanent professors in agricultural universities and the implementation of MSP in the scheme of Mr. Anna. Subjects included. During the closing session, Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar, who was present as the chief guest, said, “If a farmer fills our stomach, then why can’t we call him a prosperous, prosperous or food-giving farmer, instead of calling farmers poor, their reputation I should be happy. Agriculture sector is the base of our economy, the backbone of our country. Our farmers and scientists who are working in the agriculture sector deserve appreciation, they should always be encouraged.
Shubham Singh Patel, national convenor of ABVP’s dimension Agrivision, said, “Agrivision is constantly working towards the betterment of the agriculture sector. There is a need to upgrade the agriculture sector with new technology so that this sector can be developed as a profitable sector. Today, due to various efforts and scientific research, there has been progress in the agriculture sector, we all the stakeholders have to think together in this direction so that all the farmers of the country get benefited from the research. This conference of Agrivision has been very successful, it is expected that the youth capable of skill development in agriculture will lead the agriculture system of the country and efforts will be made in the agriculture sector according to the new needs of the world.
