Jaipur. Government Secretary Animal Husbandry, Gopalan and Fisheries Dr. Samit Sharma have instructed to conduct the Rajasthan Pre Veterinary Test to be held in the coming August in a complete transparent manner.
A meeting was held on Friday under the chairmanship of Dr. Samit Sharma to ensure preparations for the conduct of this examination at the Government Secretariat. In the meeting, education in Rajasthan Veterinary and Animal Sciences College, (Rajuwas) Bikaner/ Jobner, Jaipur was also reviewed about teaching arrangements, staff, necessary facilities etc. in Veterinary and Animal Sciences colleges and allied Veterinary colleges.
Dr. Samiti Sharma said that no irregularity in the examination will be tolerated at all, strict action will be taken against the culprits. He instructed to make the entire process of examination online and transparent. He said that the entire process of examination and admission will be centralized. The state government is very serious about the purity of the examination and admission process, if any unpleasant case comes up anywhere, then the responsible people will have to face serious consequences.
It is noteworthy that the Rajasthan Pre Veterinary Test examination will be held on August 3 at 33 examination centers in Udaipur, Jodhpur, Bikaner and Jaipur. The Secretary of the Government directed that all the proper arrangements for the shown examination at these centers must be ensured. He instructed the Rajuwas in -charge that the standard operation process should be released before the examination. Dr. Sharma instructed to set up a cell to prevent any possible incident of seats rigging. He said that the operating colleges of Veterinary Diploma Program should be affiliated only when they meet all the standards of the National Veterinary Council.
Dr. Sharma said that all veterinary institutions of the state will have to work on the norms of the National Veterinary Council, there should be no compromise in it.
He gave clear instructions that by July 31, all colleges will have to display biometric attendance on the website, displaying transparent list of teachers etc. will have to follow the rules, otherwise the recommendation will be sent to the National Veterinary Council for the unmades of the colleges. He instructed all colleges to ensure the availability and use of all types of equipment and tools and said that there should be complete transparency in the operation of the college. He instructed the medical institutions to prepare the calendar of the entire session in the past and ensure it. The sessions should start from time to time and be sure to end on time.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Secretary Santosh Karol, Prof. Vice Chancellor of Rajuwas, Dr. Hemant Dadhich, Dr. Brajnandan Shringi, Director Research, Dr. Prakash, Dr. Ashok Dangi, Dr. Sakar Palecha and other officials participated.
