Hydration should be your priority
According to Professor Makhan Lal, the best way to keep yourself hydrated in summer is to consume plenty of water. Apart from this, consuming liquids like fruit juice, whey, milk, mango panah and bel sharbat is also beneficial.
Pay special attention to skin care
To avoid skin problems in summer, Prof. Makhan says that one should take a good bath before and after going out. One should wear clean clothes and not allow sweat to dry because sweat can become a major cause of skin allergies and infections. They also recommend wearing washed clothes, even if they have not been washed with soap. Must have been cleaned by soaking in water. With this, ringworm, scabies, and other skin related problems can be avoided.
Choose the right diet
Eating right diet is equally important in summer. According to Prof. Makhan Lal, seasonal fruits should be consumed after breakfast in the morning. Apart from this, consuming sprouted moong and gram also provides freshness and energy to the body. These foods have high water content, which helps in hydration and is helpful in fighting heat.

Physical activities also have importance in summer. However, caution should be taken while doing physical exercise during times of intense heat.
