Recipe for making blooming Sabudana Khichdi

Take about 1 cup thick sago, it makes good khichdi.

Now add 1 cup water to sago and clean it thoroughly by rubbing it with hands.

You have to wash the sago at least 2-3 times by changing the water.

Now add about 1/4 cup of water and soak the sago for 3-4 hours.

Keep in mind that only so much water should be added to the sago as it can be easily absorbed.

Turn the sago with a spoon 1-2 times in between so that all the sago gets thoroughly soaked.

To make Khichdi, add 1 spoon of ghee in the pan and fry some peanuts.

Now add 1-2 spoons more ghee in the pan. Grate cumin and ginger and add it.

Now chop 2 green chillies and cut 1 potato and put it in ghee.

If you want, you can also add 1 tomato in Khichdi. It depends on your taste.

When everything melts, add sago to it and mix well.

Add finely chopped green coriander on top and squeeze some lemon juice.
