After all, why did the bride's father climb mercury, angry, did not spare the baraatis even after seeing the groom

A wedding ceremony in Sambhal district of Uttar Pradesh became a victim of uproar when the groom mysteriously disappeared a few hours before the wedding. The pavilion was decorated for marriage, the bride was ready, but the groom had no idea. Knowing this, the girl’s family demanded the boy’s father to make the younger son a groom, and the boy’s family agreed. However, he did not know what was going to happen to him.

As soon as the younger son and the baraati reached the bride’s house with him, the girl side took him hostage. The baraatis and groom were beaten up badly. He was then held hostage for hours and assaulted him. It is alleged that after this, goods worth lakhs of rupees were looted from the boy side. Then the girl side asked the wedding processions to return without a bride.

The boy’s family informed about the incident at Jalesar police station in Etah district and along with this, gave a complaint to the Juanavai police station about the disappearance of the groom. The police filed a missing report on it and started searching for him. At the same time, the boy’s family has filed a case against the girl’s family alleging assault and robbery.

Prior to this incident, on April 30, complete preparations for the scheduled wedding were done. Neeraj Kumar and Vishnu of Hargovindpur village were to be married to Anita and Kavita, daughters of Kanshi Ram of Mojjinnpur in Etah district. The procession was to leave Hargovindpur on Wednesday afternoon, but Neeraj Kumar left home for saving and did not return. Neeraj was not known even after searching a lot. When the girl side came to know about this, she decided to send Vishnu’s procession.

After this, when Vishnu and his baraati reached the bride’s house, the girl side took him hostage and beat him up. After this, he looted goods worth lakhs of rupees from the wedding processions and then sent them back without a bride.

The police have started investigation in the case of both sides. Jurisdiction Gunnore Deepak has confirmed the incident and said that action is being taken. The boy’s family has demanded strict action against the girl’s family, while the police have also started investigating the boy’s disappearance.
