The revised Waqf Bill has also included all the suggestions made by the minorities of Bihar to Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, but still Nitish Kumar and his party fear that the bill will affect the Bihar assembly elections in October-November.

This question can be understood from the fact that on Tuesday, the Lok Sabha Assembly Secretariat had announced to organize the final workshop for MPs of all parties to give information on the Waqf Bill, but the meeting was canceled at the last minute. There is also a possibility that this bill should be brought in the next session instead of this session. At the same time, opposition parties are in a mood to fight this bill till the end.
