Let us inform that Mehbooba Mufti, PDP President and former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir, has now raised questions on the Srinagar encounter after the Hyderpora encounter.
Mehbooba Mufti says that an attempt is being made to show it as an encounter, while the bullets were fired only in one way. He said that ‘since yesterday’s encounter in Rambagh, there are doubts about its legality. Regarding this encounter, he quoted eyewitnesses and said that it seemed that firing was going on from only one side.
Questions were also raised on Hyderpora encounter
Former Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti said once again the claims of the officials are not matching with the ground reality. The way it happened in Shopian, HMT and Hyderpora. Mehbooba Mufti said that two of those who were killed by the security forces as terrorists in the encounter were civilians. At the same time, the police was calling them accomplices of terrorists.

It is worth noting that the police had claimed the death of three terrorists in the encounter that took place in Rambagh area of Srinagar yesterday. The terrorists have been identified as TRF Commander Mehran Yasin Shalla (Srinagar resident), Manzoor Ahmad Mir (Pulwama) and Arafat Ahmed Sheikh (Pulwama). According to the police, earlier the terrorists were given an opportunity to surrender, but they started firing, in response to which 3 terrorists were killed.
