Jaipur. Rajasthan’s Anti-Gangster Task Force (AGTF) has arrested Aditya Jain alias Tony, an active member of the Lawrence Bishnoi-Rohit Godara gang, from Dubai while achieving major success at the international level. Aditya was working as a ‘control room’ for the Jain gang and was providing the gang from abroad to communication and ‘dabba call’ (facility of threatened calls etc.). He was wanted in many cases of forced recovery, firing and other serious crimes committed by the gang over the years. AGTF’s Interpol Wing, headed by Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) Yogesh Yadav and Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) Narottam Verma, issued a red corner notice against Aditya Jain from Interpol. Subsequently, under the supervision of Additional Superintendent of Police Siddhant Sharma, the team of Police Inspector (CI) Manish Sharma, CI Sunil Jangid and CI Ravindra Pratap tracked his location to the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
UAE was sent to Interpol Reference through CBI. On the basis of this red corner notice and interpol reference, UAE police officers took Aditya Jain into custody and requested the Rajasthan Police to send a team to bring him. A team was sent to Dubai under the supervision of AGTF Additional Superintendent of Police Siddhant Sharma, including Police Inspector Ravindra Pratap, Police Inspector Sunil Jangid, Sub Inspector (SI) Kamlesh, Head Constable (HC) Ramesh and Constable (FC) Sunny. This team has successfully reached Jaipur Airport today, ie on April 4, 2025 with Aditya Jain.
Aditya Jain’s arrest is considered a major success against the Lawrence-Godara gang network, especially forcibly recovery from abroad and other criminal activities. AGTF will now interrogate him and try to gather important information about gang networks and other members. – Special Network
