A section called off the strike

Along with this, the airline has also agreed to withdraw the dismissal letter of 25 cabin crew members. Air India Express – which is in the process of completing its merger with AIX Connect (formerly AirAsia India), has around 6,000 employees, including over 2,000 cabin crew.
More than 260 flights have been canceled so far
Tata group airline Air India Express, which operates around 380 flights daily, has curtailed operations in an effort to minimize disruption in view of the strike. Since Tuesday night, the airline has canceled more than 260 flights. A large number of flights were canceled due to the strike by a section of cabin crew since Tuesday night. Airline officials say that the number of flight cancellations on Saturday is expected to be around 45-50. The airline said Thursday afternoon that it had canceled 85 flights, or about 23 percent of total daily capacity.
