New Delhi: Ajit Doval, PK Mishra, Amit Khare and Tarun Kapoor… these are four such names who were playing important roles in the last tenure of the Modi government. They will be seen playing important roles this time too. Ajit Doval was responsible for the internal security of the country. In this, setting up an anti-terrorism grid for the country and strengthening the country’s intelligence system were important focal points. Ajit Doval played this role well and many big operations were carried out under his leadership. Modi has again expressed the same trust in him. It is expected that many big projects will be launched in this tenure as well. Many operations will be carried out.
PK Mishra has been a senior bureaucrat. He is one of the most experienced officers in the Prime Minister’s Office. His appointment once again proves that PM Modi will continue to receive reports of his work from all the departments at the same speed and within the timeline. Special attention has also been paid to quality in this. Amit Khare has been a senior IAS officer of Jharkhand cadre. He has worked as a secretary in many ministries of the central government. His team is monitoring better coordination in the Prime Minister’s Office. There are projects of the Government of India like Vikas Bharat Sankalp, Jan Dhan Yojana, Alternate Energy Scheme, which are being monitored by his team. Once again, his appointment is an important step in fulfilling this vision of the Modi government.
Tarun Kapoor has also managed to make a comeback in the Prime Minister’s team once again. This indicates how much the Prime Minister trusts the ability of senior bureaucrats. The responsibility of how the new projects will contribute to the development of the country will be on his shoulders. Ajit Doval has been reappointed as National Security Advisor and Dr PK Mishra as Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister from June 10. The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet approved these appointments on Thursday. The Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions said that the appointments of former IPS Ajit Doval and former IAS PK Mishra will end at the end of the Prime Minister’s tenure or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
According to the ministry, Ajit Doval and PK Mishra will be given the rank of cabinet minister during their tenure. After the appointment, Ajit Doval met Defense Minister Rajnath Singh in New Delhi on Thursday. Along with this, the committee also approved the appointment of Amit Khare and Tarun Kapoor as advisors to the Prime Minister. Both the officers will be appointed in the rank and pay scale of Secretary to the Government for a period of two years from July 10 or till further orders, whichever is earlier.
