Nagaur. National Democratic Party (RLP) supremo and Nagaur MP Hanuman Beniwal attended an all -party meeting held before the monsoon session in New Delhi on Sunday. In this meeting, MP Beniwal spoke on many important issues related to the country and Rajasthan and demanded the government to discuss them in the House. In the meeting, MP Beniwal reminded Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and BJP national president JP Nadda of the promise made on the matters related to the paper before the election. He said that today, the working youth are hurt not only from Rajasthan but in the whole country. Therefore, the government should have special discussion on this serious subject in the House. Along with this, he also demanded the cancellation of sub-inspector (SI) recruitment of Rajasthan Police and reorganization of Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC).
Hanuman Beniwal demanded to increase the MP Local Area Development Scheme from Rs 5 crore to Rs 25 crore. He also advocated to give more chance to speak on each bill to one or two members in the Parliament session and make members in important committees like the Business Advisory Committee (BAC). Additionally, he also reiterated the demand for MPs to restore the quota of MPs in Kendriya Vidyalayas.
MP Beniwal said that every year, life is affected due to excess rainfall in the country during monsoon. In such a situation, he demanded a policy to bring modernity in the methods of disaster management and make a policy to use excess rainfall and flood water in the same area. He also demanded a discussion on ‘Operation Sindoor’ conducted after the recent Pahalgam attack. After the cancellation of the Indus Water Agreement with Pakistan, he talked about bringing the water of the Indus and Chenab rivers to Rajasthan, especially western Rajasthan.
MP Beniwal also demanded that the government be replied to the cases raised by any member in the House under Zero Hour and Rule 377 within a week. He insisted on creating such a system in which the concerned ministers can immediately respond to the subject raised during the zero period. In the meeting, MP Beniwal said to hold a separate discussion in the House on important matters like the status of government health institutions of the country, lack of resources and staff.
Referring to the aircraft accident in Ahmedabad, he said that the incident has shocked everyone and after that many worrying reports of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) have come in the media. Therefore, he demanded a day -long discussion on the security of the country’s airports, technical flaws and deficiencies in the aviation sector. Finally, he emphasized on increasing the provisions of financial assistance for the individuals who died in disaster management and the current situation and comprehensive reforms of disaster management in the country.
