Janjgir-Champa (Naiduniya News). All the advocates should work with a positive thinking for easy, simple and accessible justice to the poor. He said that positive action would be taken to resolve the problems and demands of the Advocates Association. Bar Association and Advocate Association will be made resourceful. These things were said by the Speaker of the Assembly, Dr. Charandas Mahant at the swearing-in ceremony of the District Advocates Association today. He conveyed his congratulations and best wishes to the newly elected President of Advocates Association Naresh Sharma on becoming the President for the third time in a row. Presiding over the program, district in-charge and State Revenue and Disaster Management Minister Jaisingh Agrawal said that advocates have an important role to play in providing justice to the needy. On the demand of the Union, he announced the construction of a new building of Tehsil office in Janjgir. Agrawal assured of appropriate action to allot land for the construction of community building of the Advocates’ Association. MLA Narayan Prasad Chandel said that during the time of undivided Madhya Pradesh, the scholars of the advocates here were discussed. He said that Janjgir has given many learned judges to the state. Chandel told the need of special attention to ensure that all the farmers and poor people of the district can get justice easily. He said that it is the duty and duty of the advocates to provide justice to the needy. He called upon the Janjgir District Advocates Association to discharge its role positively by restoring the judicial dignity of the district. District Judge Jagdamba Rai administered the oath to the newly elected office bearers of the District Advocates Association to work sincerely and addressed the function. On this occasion the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly Dr. Mahant and guests released the book – Prevention of Corruption Act, written by Advocate Vijay Kumar Dubey. On this occasion, District Court Judges, State Women’s Commission members Shashikanta Rathore, Vijay Kumar Dubey, Kamlesh Singh, Ajay Kesharwani, Municipality President Janjgir-Nila Bhagwandas Gadhewal, District Panchayat Vice President Raghvendra Pratap Singh, Raghavendra Kumar Singh, Dinesh Sharma Ravi Pandey , Ramesh Paigwar, Gulzar Singh, Madanlal Aggarwal, Prince Sharma, Rajesh Aggarwal along with townspeople and advocates were present in large numbers.
