Yoga instructor Shiksha Nagar told Local 18 that doing yoga daily keeps diseases away from you. Besides, freshness and strength also remains in the body. It is seen that nowadays, due to heavy work load, people often feel tired even after taking complete sleep. Due to this, one feels fatigue, laziness, weakness and lack of strength in the body throughout the day. For this, if we include these two yoga asanas in our daily routine for just 10 to 15 minutes daily, we will get rid of all this. Also, freshness and strength will remain in the body throughout the day.
1. Bhujangasana
We should include Bhujangasana in our daily routine, because this asana helps in providing energy to the body and strengthening the muscles. Along with this, this asana activates the brain and helps in concentrating. It also improves flexibility and belly fat in the body.

To do Bhujangasana, first of all you have to lie down on your stomach. After this, keep the palms of both your hands on the floor. Then the palms have to be kept shoulder width apart. Keep the lower part of your body on the ground. After this, while inhaling, apply pressure on the palms and lift your body upward from the front. Stay in this position as long as possible as per your capacity. Then exhale and come back to your normal position.
2. Sukhasana
Our second easy one is Sukhasana, this asana gives you strength in the body throughout the day. It is effective in removing easy body and mental fatigue. Along with this, it also strengthens the back. It also brings glow to your face. Apart from this, it strengthens your muscles. Therefore, by doing this yoga, energy will remain in your body throughout the day.

To do this yoga, first of all you have to sit in meditation posture. After this, you will have to keep your feet relaxed and keep the outer edges (toes) towards the floor. Then you will have to bend your thighs and legs and make a triangle shape. After this, press the hands against the ground and lift the heels a little. Exhale slowly. Similarly, remain in this position for some time. Then after this come back to your normal position.
