The victim Rajendra said that he married his younger daughter to a young man named Jaipal in Jalali town of Aligarh district. She often used to visit her house due to a kinship between Jaipal’s wife Poonam and Rajendra’s family. During this time Poonam was identified with Rajendra’s 14-year-old minor son and gradually the closeness between him increased. Rajendra alleges that Poonam seduced her son and implicated her in her love and drove her away with her. He said, “We did not know that Poonam would work so disgusting. We just want our son back.”

Rajendra said that when he went to the market on July 21 and returned, the elder son’s wife told that his minor brother -in -law was missing.
