On the basis of this fake documents, Akhilesh got a job in the post of Constable in Uttar Pradesh Police in the year 2009.

About two years ago, there was a dispute between Akhilesh and his uncle Vinod about something. The uncle then sent a confidential complaint to the police department, alleging that Akhilesh’s educational qualification documents were fake. Akhilesh had set up a marksheet of Jyoti Inter College during police recruitment. When it was verified by the UP board, it was found that the real marksheet scanned has been edited and fake. Roll numbers and names also did not match. Additional SP of Amroha conducted a thorough investigation into the matter and gave Akhilesh a chance to present his case. Now the case has also been registered against uncle
During the investigation, constable Akhilesh himself admitted that the fake marksheet was made by his uncle Vinod. In such a situation, a case of fraud has been registered against Akhilesh not only on Akhilesh, but also against Vinod in Amroha Dehat police station. According to the police, both of them will be interrogated if needed.
