13-year-old Anushka Abhishek of Muzaffarpur, Bihar, who is representing India in the Karate World Cup-2025 held in Russia’s capital Moscow, won a silver medal. In this international event held from April 4 to 8 at Moscow’s Vimple Stadium, Anushka caught everyone’s attention with her talent and courage.
Great performance in World Cup, Anushka lost to Russia in final
Anushka played a brilliant game from the beginning of the tournament. He reached the semi -finals after defeating the participants of Tajikistan, then Uzbekistan and then Armenia. In the semi -finals, she defeated Mauritius player and reached the finals, where she faced the host country Russia player. Anushka gave a tough fight in the final but eventually lost by only three points and the tournament ended with a silver medal.
