A walk after a meal is beneficial for the digestive system. It is also called the gastrointestinal tract. Fart walk breaks down the food into tiny pieces and the nutrients are digested. In simple words, a fart walk is a small exercise for the GI tract.

Fart walking improves digestion in such a way that it improves the motility of food in the intestines. Fart walking helps food move more efficiently through the GI tract. Studies also show that fart walking speeds up gastric emptying, that is, the process of transporting food from the stomach to the small intestine picks up speed.

Walking helps to release the gas trapped in the body
Bloating is the main reason for gas accumulation in the stomach. Fart walk releases the gas trapped in the body. Walking exerts internal pressure on the stomach, which helps in releasing the gas. Nursing officer Mukesh Lora said that a 30-minute walk every day regulates the blood sugar level and helps a person with type 2 diabetes or insulin resistance.

Nursing Officer Mukesh Lora said that start fart walking about 40 to 60 minutes after eating. Walk slowly and comfortably, do not walk fast, as it can cause restlessness. After the fart walk, drink sufficient amount of water and keep yourself hydrated. For good results, do fart walk for at least 20 to 30 minutes daily.
