Journalists Association of Rajasthan (Jar) submitted memorandum
Chittorgarh. Rawatbhata police station has filed cases of irregularities in the government machinery, irregularities, corruption and news of obstruction in Section -3 and Rajkarya against journalists on publishing and broadcasting on the basis of viral videos of doctors in Rawatbhata sub -district hospital. The Journalists Association of Rajasthan (Jar) on Monday demanded a memorandum to the Additional District Collector and the Additional Superintendent of Police to implement the necessary strict action against the corrupt officials, conducting necessary strict action against the corrupt officials, conducting a fair investigation from other high officials and implementing journalist security law in the state.
Recently, on July 29, on the basis of corruption in the news channels and newspapers in Rawatbhata sub -district hospital, the facts of the contracts and liquor of doctors were published in many other news channels and newspapers including facts to date, first India news, news 21, Dainik Bhaskar Digital, STN News, Buland Pradesh. On the basis of these reports, Dr. Anil Jatav, posted at the same place for almost two decades, filed a case against Manish Sukhwwal, Jaut Singh, Vijay Singh and another on August 01 and a case of obstruction in Rajkarya.
Efforts are being made to alienate journalists from the duty of journalism by registering fake and false cases by making pressure by corrupt officials, which is directly an attack on the fourth pillar of democracy and freedom of expression of the common man. On Monday, the Journalists Association of Rajasthan (Jar), regarding these false and fake cases, submitted a memorandum to Additional District Collector Prabha Gautam and Additional Superintendent of Police Sarita Singh in the name of Additional District Collector in the name of the Chief Minister.
There has been a demand to conduct a suitable inquiry in this matter, implement necessary strict action against corrupt officials and to maintain freedom of expression of fourth pillar of democracy by implementing Journalist Security Act in the state. Among those who submitted the memorandum on Monday, Bhuvanesh Vyas, Chandresh Jain, Abhishek Sharma, State Vice President of Jar Vivek Vaishnav, State Executive Member Sandeep Surana, District President Manoj Soni, District General Secretary Navratan Jeenagar, District Vice President Narendra Sethia, District Organization Secretary Harish Paliwal, Dharmendra Kumar Sen, Dharmendra Kumar Sen, Nandlal Mali, Ashish Kodhwal, Manish Kodhwal, Manish Singh Kodar, Vijay Singh, Vijay Singh Several journalists including Saulanki, Omprakash Bhoi, Shiv Kumar Bhatt, Madhusudan Sharma, Gaurav Jain were involved.
