Police have said that two Chinese citizens have been arrested on the border with Nepal in Siddharthnagar, Uttar Pradesh. Both of them were trying to infiltrate into India illegally through Nepal. Meanwhile, Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) and Siddharthnagar police team caught both the Chinese citizens.

According to the information given by the police, SSB and Siddharthnagar police team arrested a Chinese man and a woman on March 26. The Chinese nationals were arrested when both were trying to enter India illegally through Nepal through Kakarhwa border.
Police recovered these items
After the arrest, the police team also searched the Chinese citizens. During the search, two Chinese passports, a tourist visa from Nepal, 2 mobile phones, 2 Nepali SIM cards and 2 Chinese SIM cards were recovered from them. Siddharthnagar ASP Siddharth Singh has said that both the accused were arrested and presented in the court.
