Jaipur. In Pink City Jaipur, a real aunt sold her 12-year-old innocent niece to a father-son duo from Charkhi Dadri for Rs 2 lakh. The buyer took the minor to Haryana and raped her repeatedly. Due to this, the minor gave birth to a son at the age of 13 and a daughter at the age of 14. The innocent girl endured the torture of the accused for 2 years. Then somehow she reached Jaipur. Here she met West District DCP Amit Kumar and told him about her ordeal.

On this, the Murlipura police station took immediate action and registered a case against the accused under the sections of POCSO, human trafficking and rape. Within just 3 days, the police sent a team of Punjab and Haryana police and caught the accused father and son. They were brought to Jaipur and arrested after interrogation.

The accused are residents of Haryana
DCP West Amit Kumar Budania said that the arrested accused are Sandeep Yadav and his father Satvir Yadav. Both are residents of Charkhi Dadri in Haryana. The parents of the 14-year-old victim lived on rent in Murlipura area. Two years ago, when the girl was 12 years old, due to domestic discord between her parents, her aunt took the girl with her on the pretext of raising her. After this, the real aunt sold the girl to Sandeep Yadav of Charkhi Dadri for Rs 2 lakh. After this, Sandeep and his father Satvir Yadav took the girl to Charkhi Dadri, Haryana.

After the 12-year-old innocent was sold, the accused in collusion got her fake Aadhar card and documents prepared. The girl’s age was shown as 24 years in it. In Haryana, Sandeep Yadav married the innocent girl at a young age and raped her repeatedly. Due to this, the victim gave birth to a son at the age of 12. After that, she gave birth to a girl at the age of 14.

The victim fled to Jaipur with her 2-month-old daughter
Recently, the victim fled from Haryana to Jaipur with her 2-month-old daughter. Her 2-year-old son remained in the custody of the accused. When the matter reached DCP Amit Kumar, a case was immediately registered and two teams of Murlipura police station in-charge Sunil and head constable Karanveer Singh were sent in search of the accused. The police team caught Sandeep Yadav, who works in a cement factory in Ambala, and his father Satveer Yadav from Charkhi Dadri in Haryana.
