New Delhi. After the death of 121 people in the Hathras incident, the first reaction has come from self-proclaimed saint Suraj Pal Singh alias Narayan Sakar Hari alias Bhole Baba. Baba has expressed condolences to the families of those who died in the stampede. At the same time, the injured have been wished for speedy recovery. Along with this, Baba has clarified that he had left the gathering much before the stampede took place.
Baba also claimed that the stampede was caused by anti-social elements. It has also been said on behalf of Baba that we have authorized Dr. A P Singh, senior advocate of the Supreme Court, so that appropriate legal action can be taken in relation to the stampede caused by some anti-social elements after the gathering.

At the same time, the security of Baba’s Mainpuri Ashram has been increased since morning. It is being told that Baba is still present inside this ashram. However, no outsider or media person is being allowed to go inside. In this regard, Mainpuri’s Deputy Superintendent of Police Santosh Kumar Singh says that the same force which was deployed in the morning is still deployed here. We have not received any information on the CDR. We are present here so that security can be ensured and no one can carry out incidents like stone pelting etc. on the ashram.

On the other hand, Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak also reached Hathras and met the injured admitted in the hospital and enquired about their condition. He also instructed the doctors not to show any negligence in the treatment. The Deputy CM said that this incident is very sad. A judicial inquiry has been ordered into this. It is the government’s priority, strict action will be taken against whoever is found guilty. All the injured are out of danger, post-mortem of 118 dead has been done and the bodies have been sent to their homes. There are 5 unidentified bodies which are being identified. There should be no politics on such incidents. The government stands with the victim families in this hour of grief.
