Effective in diabetes and weight loss
Timru fruit proves to be effective in treating heart patients, diabetes and reducing swelling in the body as well as in weight loss. Dr. Keshav Bhardwaj, retired Deputy Director of Ayurveda Department and senior Ayurveda medical officer, said that the fruit of Tendu or Timru, despite being sweet, is beneficial for diabetic patients.
This fruit is very effective in cholesterol, knee pain and stomach related problems. Natural fiber and anti-oxidants are found in it. Which is beneficial for health.
