Ranchi. The petition of applicant Syed Daniyal Danish was heard in Ranchi High Court on Thursday in the Bangladeshi infiltration case. Even in today’s hearing, affidavit was not filed by the state and central government. Expressing displeasure at both the center and the state, the court said that even in such a serious matter, the center and the state do not seem serious. Before the next hearing, the court has given the final order to the Home Secretary of the Home Ministry to file an affidavit.
The court has made Director UID, Director Intelligence Bureau, Chief Election Commissioner, DG BSF as parties. All of them have also been directed to file affidavit in the infiltration case. The state government has been directed to stop violation of SPT Act, Voter ID. The High Court said that the situation in Bangladesh has made the infiltration case more serious. The next hearing of the case will be on August 22. Advocate Rajiv Kumar presented the case on behalf of the petitioner.
