Loksabha Election 2024: The third phase of voting for the Lok Sabha elections 2024 will be held on May 7. The election campaign has come to a halt since the evening of May 5. Let us tell you that voting will be held from 7 am to 5 pm on May 7. Let us tell you that during this period voting will be held for a total of 94 seats. In this phase, voting will be held in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal, Maharashtra, Assam etc. Let us tell you that different booths were arranged for this voting. In such a situation, there are some Lok Sabha seats which are considered as hot seats and everyone’s eyes are fixed on these seats. Union Home Minister Amit Shah himself is contesting on one of these seats.
Major candidates of the third phase
- Amit Shah: Union Home Minister Amit Shah is contesting from Gandhinagar Lok Sabha seat, voting on which will be held on May 7. Let us tell you that Congress has made Sonal Patel the candidate against him. Let us tell you that Amit Shah had won this seat in the year 2019.
- Shivraj Singh Chauhan: BJP leader and former CM of Madhya Pradesh Shivraj Singh Chauhan is contesting the Lok Sabha elections from Vidisha. Congress has made Pratap Bhanu Sharma its candidate against him.
- Jyotiraditya Scindia: Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia is contesting from Guna Lok Sabha seat. Congress has given ticket against him to Rao Yadavendra Singh Yadav.
- Digvijay Singh: Former CM of Madhya Pradesh and senior Congress leader Digvijay Singh is contesting the Lok Sabha elections from Rajgarh seat. BJP has given ticket against him to Rodmal Nagar.
- Supriya Sule vs Sunetra Pawar: Sharad Pawar’s daughter Supriya Sule is in the fray from Baramati Lok Sabha seat. His sister-in-law Sunetra Pawar is contesting against him, who is the wife of Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar.
- Dimple Yadav: Dimple Yadav, wife of SP chief Akhilesh Yadav, is contesting the Lok Sabha elections from Mainpuri seat. BJP has fielded Jaiveer Singh and BSP has fielded Shiv Prasad Yadav from here.
- Prahlad Joshi: Union Minister Prahlad Joshi is contesting the Lok Sabha elections from Dharwad, Karnataka. Congress has made Vinod Asuti its candidate against him.
