New Delhi. There is an atmosphere of tension in the area after the blast on Sunday at a mosque in Beed, Maharashtra. Force has been deployed in the area to maintain peace and order. Police officers are said to take strict action against the people involved in the incident. Amidst all this, AIMIM (All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen) chief Asaduddin Owaisi has raised serious questions. Asaduddin Owaisi wrote in a post on the social media platform X on Sunday, “Vijay Gawhane and Shri Ram Sagade blamed the mosque at 2:30 am in Beed, Maharashtra. Shake and kept our AIMIM team of Shafiq Bhau and Khizar Patel and helped to register an FIR. “
Owaisi questioned the Chief Minister of the state Devendra Fadnavis as to why the accused in the incident were imposed only by BNS and IEA, why not UAPA? Are they not terrorists? Will these accused get bulldozer justice? Do they have to pay compensation for reconstruction of the mosque?
Owaisi asked, “Who instigated these ‘Sanskari’ people? Was it a film or was a constant inflammatory speech against Muslims?”
It is noteworthy that walls and floors were damaged in a suspected explosion near a mosque on Sunday in Ardhasala village of Beed, Maharashtra. Gelatin rods were recovered and two people were detained. The police appealed to the people to remain calm. There is an atmosphere of anger in the Muslim community since this attack on the mosque.
In the context of the blast in the mosque, Chief Minister Fadnavis said that we have received information about the incident. Who has done this, we have also got this information. He is very worried about this incident and has ordered the police to conduct strict investigation.
