Bharatpur About 60% of the candidates were absent in the first innings of the Deputy Jailor Recruitment Examination conducted by Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC). This examination is being conducted in two innings, for which 36 examination centers have been set up across the district.
Presence in the first innings: Out of the total 10,679 candidates registered in the first innings, only 4,411 candidates reached the examination centers to take the exam. This indicates that about 60% of the candidates are absent.
Strict security check: All the candidates had to undergo intensive investigation with the original admit card and the original identity card before giving admission to the examination center. Strict steps were taken to ensure adherence to security rules. During this time, some candidates who came wearing jeans pants faced some trouble, as they had to get the metal buttons in the pants cut.
Examination Time and Post: Examination is being conducted in two innings. The first innings was from 9 am to 12 noon, while the second innings will be held from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. This recruitment examination is being conducted for a total of 73 posts of deputy jailer. All the candidates were given admission till one hour before the examination started.
What can be the reasons for the absence of such a large number of candidates in the examination can be considered.
