Bhopal Crime News : Bhopal (Navdunia representative). Armed miscreants have attempted robbery by storming the bungalow of Dr. Arif Patel, Special Judge of Railways in Bhopal. Railway Protection Force (RPF) personnel engaged in the security of the bungalow ran away after snatching mobile and money from Amit Yadav. Fortunately, the judge and his family were not there at the bungalow. The incident happened at 3.30 am on Monday. The special judge’s bungalow number 3 / TC is located in Eastern Railway Colony, a few steps away from Bhopal Railway Station. Here is the bungalow of Anil Kumar, in-charge of Bhopal RPF station. The number of miscreants is said to be eight to ten. RPF, GRP and local police are engaged in investigation in the matter. No arrest has been made in the case till 12 noon on Monday. No case of robbery has also been registered. Officials say that investigation is being done, after that they will register a case.
Let us tell you that there is a special rail court at Bhopal railway station for hearing matters related to railways. It is located near GRP police station towards Platform-1. There is a residential colony of railways at some distance from here. In which there is a bungalow of the Special Judge of the Railways. He and his family were not at the bungalow but in VIP duty, Bhopal RPF police station had imposed constable duty.
According to the information received in relation to the incident, eight to ten armed miscreants entered at 3.30 am on Monday and took the jawan hostage. The precious mobile was snatched from him. Rs 230 kept in his pocket was also snatched. Meanwhile, some miscreants cut the sandalwood tree in the premises with a cutter. On refusal by the jawan, he swung and beat and fled. The jawan reached the police station and narrated the incident with him, after which the RPF officers have started investigating.
