Bhopal News: Bhopal (Navdunia Representative). Sindhi Heritage Foundation, an organization working for the upliftment of Sindhi society, presented a courtesy call on Governor Mangubhai Patel. During the meeting, the delegation led by National Vice President and National Spokesperson Durgesh Keswani apprised the Governor about the activities of the institution. Keswani said that 160 Sindhi refugees from Pakistan in the capital Bhopal have been handed over certificates of citizenship of India in the last few years. On this occasion, the delegation of Sindhi society presented a picture of Lord Shri Jhulelal ji, the presiding deity of Sindhi society, to His Excellency the Governor. Along with this, the religious souvenir of Sindhi society was also given to the saints of Sindh. It is worth mentioning that the book Sindh Ke Sant contains the information of 51 senior saints of Sindhi society.
Remembering the contribution of Modi and Swaraj
On this occasion, His Excellency was also informed about the contribution of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister of India Amit Shah, Late External Affairs Minister Smt. Sushma Swaraj. Along with this, CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan and MP Home Minister Dr. Narottam Mishra’s efforts were appreciated, it is because of his efforts that the citizens who have been troubled for a long time have been able to get citizenship. State media in-charge of the organization Naresh Lakhani, District President Rahul Talreja, General Secretary Anil Motwani were also specially present on this occasion. According to Keswani, most of the citizens of Sindhi society who have come to Bhopal from different districts of Sindh have now got citizenship, the cases which are pending, they will also be resolved soon.
