Bhiwani. A major political conflict has erupted in Haryana after three independent MLAs withdrew support from the government and extended their support to Congress. In such a situation, JJP has now challenged Hooda to topple the BJP government of Haryana. JJP has also promised to support Hooda if needed. Ever since the BJP-JJP alliance broke in Haryana, politics is taking a new turn every day. First the CM was changed, then Anil Vij’s displeasure over forming a new cabinet became public.
Now three MLAs who were supporting the BJP government of Haryana have withdrawn their support from the government and have given their support to the Congress under the leadership of former CM and Leader of Opposition Bhupendra Hooda. After this, the political stakes of Haryana have suddenly become high. In such a situation, JJP has also jumped at the chance. Or we can say that we have hit two targets with one stone.
In Bhiwani, JJP national general secretary Digvijay Chautala challenged former CM Bhupendra Singh Hooda. He said that Hooda is not really playing into the hands of BJP, so now Nayab Saini government should be brought down. He said that Hooda himself, after the support of three independent MLAs, said that the Haryana government is in minority. If it is so then they should topple the government. Also said that if Congress or Hooda needs 10 JJP MLAs to topple the BJP government, they are ready to support them.
Digvijay Chautala even said that it takes minutes to topple a government. Not hours or days. He said that Hooda should have gone to the Governor before evening and brought the no-confidence motion. Even now he should bring the no-confidence motion before sunrise. On the question of JJP not having all its 10 MLAs, Digvijay said that it is the law that the party MLA will have to accept the party’s decision. Digvijay Chautala alleged that Hooda works at the behest of BJP.
