He said that more than 45 people are going missing daily from the state. These are just cases that are registered in police stations. In fact, there are many cases whose reports are not recorded. Therefore this figure can be bigger. He said that only 4100 people have gone missing from the state and more than 1000 people have been kidnapped. That is, about 12 people are kidnapped daily in the state. This is a very worrying situation. These figures are automatically exposing the law and order law and order in the state.
Hooda said that Haryana itself was described as the most unsafe state in the country in the social progress index released by the central government. The NCRB data released by the central government also confirm that Haryana has left behind the big state in the case of crime and reached the first place. Now the State Human Rights Commission has also issued a notice to the Haryana Police in this matter and sought a report within 8 weeks. It is clear that the BJP has completely removed the law and order of the state.
From the central government to the state level institutions, they are now accepting this. There is also a big concern about the safety of people who are constantly kidnapping and missing people, because it cannot be denied the possibility of human trafficking. Because, it is often seen that kidnapping women and children are also victims of criminal activities such as bonded labor, sexual abuse and illegal trade of human organ. In such a situation, the hearts of the families who have lost their hearts, think that even thinking about what is going on.
Bhupendra Singh Hooda said that according to the NCRB report, there were 1144 murders in the state in the year 2021. That is, 3 to 4 people are killed every day in the state. Haryana is second across the country with 3.8 murder rates. This report states that within 1 year, 1716 rape cases were reported in Haryana. That is, there are 5 incidents of rape daily in the state. 12.3 Haryana is second across the country with rape rate and now cases of kidnapping have also made it clear that Haryana has gone to the forefront.
