Islamabad: Former Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan has got the biggest relief. Islamabad High Court has taken a big decision in favor of the jailed former Prime Minister of Pakistan. The High Court has accepted the petition of jailed former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s party Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) requesting to organize a rally in Islamabad. The High Court ordered Pakistani authorities to allow the party to hold its rally as per the law.
Let us tell you that PTI workers had been demanding permission for a long time to hold a rally regarding the alleged rigging in Pakistan elections, but they were not being allowed to do so by the government. After this PTI approached the court. Islamabad High Court (IHC) heard the petition of ‘PTI’ and passed this order. The party initially wanted to hold the rally on March 23 or 30 but rescheduled it for April 6. The party had approached the court after the capital district administration refused permission for the rally due to security reasons.

Imran Khan’s party PTI wants to hold a rally on 6th April. Hearing the matter, Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Amir Farooq granted relief to ‘PTI’ after hearing the arguments. PTI’s lawyer Sher Afzal Marwat said the party wanted to organize a rally on April 6, to which Justice Farooq said the party should ensure that “there is no riot” during the rally. Marwat assured the court, “We are ready and will accept all the conditions.” This will be the first major political meeting of ‘PTI’ after the February 8 general elections in Pakistan.
