The Election Commission has stepped up preparations for the assembly elections to be held in Bihar in October-November. The Commission has allotted election symbols to eight parties for the upcoming election, including one important name of Mukesh Sahni’s developing human party (VIP).
This time, VIP has got back the ‘boat’ election symbol, which was earlier the election symbol of his party. Significantly, in the last Lok Sabha election, the party was given the ‘Purses’ election symbol. Now once again the party has got its old sign ‘boat’, about which there is an atmosphere of happiness among the supporters of the party.
The ‘boat’ sign has become an identity for VIP, and this change can strengthen the party’s strategic vision. It will be interesting to see what kind of support the party gets through this symbol in the upcoming assembly elections.
