Bilaspur. Bilaspur News: Free Yoga training started in South East Central Railway English Medium Primary School. On the first day, a training camp was organized in the hospitality of DRM Alok Sahay. Yoga guru KK Behera and Janaknandani Kumari did yoga practice. DRM Sahay did meditation and pranayama. Addressing the camp, he said that yoga makes the body healthy. We all should include it in our daily routine.
In the school located opposite the North East Institute on Wednesday Bazar, the tricks of yoga will be taught to the common people every day. It is completely free. On the very first day a large number of railway employees and their families attended. As soon as parents are getting information about this, they have also started reaching. Yoga guru KK Behera told in the training camp held on Sunday that doing yoga gives you weight loss, a strong and flexible body, beautiful glowing skin, peaceful mind, good health – whatever you want. Yoga is only partially understood by certain asanas.
However, the assessment of its benefits is understood only at the body level. Yoga benefits us physically, mentally and in breathing. The journey of life is filled with peace, happiness and more energy when you are with beautiful thoughts. The training camp was mainly attended by Assistant Personnel Officer JS Tata, Principal Pathak K. Das, yoga teacher Vivek Kumar, Prabhat Paswan, Nita Barde, JK Gendare and others were present among the teachers.

Regarding yoga, it was told in the camp that there are 10 major benefits from it. These include weight loss, overall health, relief from anxiety, inner peace, improved immunity, living more mindfully, increased energy, better physical flexibility and posture, and better intuition.
