New Delhi. The cyclone named Biparjoy is fast moving towards Gujarat. It is a few hundred kilometers from the coast of Gujarat. The Meteorological Department has described the cyclone as very severe. Cyclone Biparjoy is going to cross the Gujarat coast on June 15. According to the Meteorological Department, Biparjoy can cause a lot of destruction. Due to this, yellow signal has been given on all the beaches of Gujarat. Fishermen have been advised not to venture into the sea. Tourists have also been banned from visiting the beaches of Gujarat.
PM Narendra Modi is going to hold a review meeting on the issue of Biparjoy cyclone at 1 pm today. According to sources, all senior officers and the Gujarat government will also participate in this meeting. Biparjoy is moving towards Gujarat, but its impact is being seen as far as Mumbai and as far away as Kerala. High waves are rising on the entire coast from Gujarat to Mumbai and Kerala. Because of this, the local administration has warned people to stay away from the sea. Cyclone Biparjoy formed a few days ago in the Arabian Sea. Earlier it was expected to move towards Pakistan’s Karachi, but now the cyclone has changed its path and taken the path of Gujarat.

To save people from Biparjoy, makeshift camps have been set up at many places in Gujarat. Apart from this, deployment of SDRF and NDRF has also been done. Gujarat Home Minister Harsh Sanghvi also held a meeting with the officers to know the situation. At the same time, the Meteorological Department is also giving latest information about Biparjoy cyclone every one to two hours. It is believed that after the review meeting of PM Modi, the Gujarat government may decide to take more steps from the center today and send help.
