New Delhi. The issue of indecent post on BJP candidate from Mandi, Himachal Pradesh and actor Kangana Ranaut from the social media handle of Congress spokesperson Supriya Shrinet has gained further prominence. BJP has linked the post about Kangana Ranaut on Supriya Shrinet’s Instagram handle to the identity of Himachal Pradesh. At the same time, the party has also raised the issue that Congress has disgusting thoughts towards women and artists. Earlier, Kangana had also replied to Supriya Shrinet. Whereas, the National Commission for Women has written to the Election Commission to take action against Supriya Shrinet in this matter.
Due to the indecent post about Kangana Ranaut, Supriya Shrinet had to give a statement that it was posted by someone watching her social media, but BJP is continuously cornering Supriya and Congress on the issue of Kangana Ranaut. BJP spokesperson Shehzad Poonawala has been vocal in this matter since Monday. Even today he surrounded Supriya and said that her post has insulted women power. Shehzad said that this is an insult not only to Kangana Ranaut and women but to the entire Himachal Pradesh. BJP spokesperson said that a long time has passed since the post, but no statement from any senior Congress leader has come. She also took a dig at Priyanka Gandhi Vadra by saying that she is a girl and can fight.
