New Delhi. A mega rally of the opposition is going to be held at Ramlila Maidan in Delhi tomorrow i.e. on 31st March. Many big leaders of opposition parties are expected to participate in it. The opposition has named it Save Democracy Movement. At the same time, BJP has taken a jibe at this rally and termed it as ‘Save Corruption Movement’.
#WATCH , Delhi: On Ramlila Maidan maha rally by INDIA Alliance, BJP spokesperson Shehzad Poonawalla says, “What is this rally? It is nothing but ‘Bhrashtachar bachao andolan’ whose slogan can be ‘karenge hum bhhrashtachar, kahenge isko shishtachar, when karvai (probe) takes place,… pic.twitter.com/Joo4BJXekb

BJP leader Shehzad Poonawala took a sharp sarcasm through a post on his social media account and wrote, “What is this rally?” This is nothing but ‘Save Corruption Movement’ whose slogan could be ‘We will stop corruption, call it etiquette, when there is investigation, we will shout atyachar, atyachar.’ He also took a dig at the Aam Aadmi Party chief, saying that Arvind Kejriwal used to say that he would put Lalu Yadav, Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi in jail because they had committed ‘corruption’. Today, when Kejriwal himself is in jail, the courts are not giving him relief, so he is taking support from all those people. This is the political transformation of Arvind Kejriwal – from Swaraj to liquor, from India Against Corruption to justification of corruption.
Let us tell you that a big rally is being organized in Delhi on Sunday i.e. tomorrow by the Indi alliance of opposition parties. This rally of the opposition before the Lok Sabha elections is also important in this sense, because recently the ED has arrested the senior leader of the alliance Arvind Kejriwal in the liquor scam case. However, Congress leader Jairam Ramesh has made it clear that the opposition is not going to hold this mega rally because of any particular person. Opposition parties say that it was decided to hold a rally in Delhi to make the public aware against the Modi government. At the same time, Aam Aadmi Party has claimed that this is going to be a historic rally.
