New Delhi. Recently, resentment is being seen in the Muslim community across the country over the Waqf Amendment Bill passed in both houses of Parliament. Amidst this displeasure, the Bharatiya Janata Party has decided to tell the merits of this law among the Muslim society.
Party leaders and workers will now go across the country and inform people of Muslim community about the benefits of this bill.
In this regard, a workshop will be organized in the National Office of the Bharatiya Janata Party on Thursday, in which BJP President JP Nadda, Union Minority Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju and many other prominent leaders of the party will participate. In this workshop, JP Nadda will address the workers and discuss further action plan. The purpose of the workshop is to give complete information about the characteristics of the Waqf law to the BJP workers, so that they can reach the common people.
After the workshop, these workers will be entrusted with the task of spreading awareness about this law among Muslim society across the country. This step is to inform people about the positive steps taken by the Bharatiya Janata Party about the Waqf Amendment Bill, so that the misunderstandings spread about this law can be removed.
It may be noted that after the Waqf Amendment Bill was passed in the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha, it was approved by President Draupadi Murmu on April 5, and this law has come into force across the country from 8 April. After the implementation of this bill, it is the BJP’s endeavor to present its benefits in the Muslim community properly, so that the misconceptions about this bill can be eliminated among the people.
