Alwar. Once again an incident that puts relationships to shame and is heart-wrenching has come to light from Alwar district of Rajasthan. In Tehla police station area of Alwar district, a man committed rape after seeing his younger brother’s wife alone. The accused later also threatened the victim to kill her children. Although the victim ignored the threat and went to the police, she was not heard. Later she reached the police station with her mother and filed a rape case against her brother-in-law.
According to Tehla police station, the victim from a village in the area has filed a case in this regard. The victim told that this incident had happened to her about a month and a quarter ago. On April 12, her husband had gone out for labor work. Mother-in-law had gone to some Lagan Tikka program in the neighbourhood. She was feeding milk to her three-year-old child in the room. Then his brother-in-law, seeing him alone, entered the room. He was under the influence of alcohol. Then the brother-in-law raped her. After the incident, the accused brother-in-law threatened the victim that if she told anyone about this, he would kill her children.

However, despite threats, when the victim started going to the police station to register a case against her brother-in-law, the accused locked her in the room. The victim alleges that the accused did not allow her to come out of the house for about three days. She was frightened by this and did not tell anyone about it. After that, when the victim’s brother-in-law went to Jaipur, she went to Golakabas police post to lodge a report. But the police did not register his report and sent him away.
The victim went back and narrated her ordeal to her mother.
After this, the victim went to Dausa Kotwali police station to lodge a report. But even there his report was not filed. Due to this, she became dejected and went to her home. There the victim told all the details of the incident to her mother. After that she came to the police station with her mother and filed a case against the accused brother-in-law. The police have registered a case against the accused under serious sections of rape. The police is searching for the accused but no clue has been found yet.
