BSNL 5G Call
There is not much delay in starting BSNL 5G service. The government telecom company is going to test 5G service across the country soon. While on one hand the company is launching its 4G service across the country, on the other hand, the company has also made preparations for 5G. Union Communications Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia has shared a video of him making a video call using BSNL’s 5G network. Even before this, the government has allocated more than Rs 80 thousand crore for the government telecom company in the budget presented last month to revive BSNL.
Preparing to launch 5G
BSNL has been in the news ever since private telecom companies increased mobile tariffs. In the last one month, lakhs of users have ported their numbers to BSNL. The government telecom company is currently offering 2G and 4G services. However, the company has officially launched 4G service only in some telecom circles. Most of the BSNL users have complaints about network connectivity, due to which more than 85 percent of the users are using the network of private telecom companies.
Union Communications Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia has shared a video from his official X handle, in which he is seen making a video call. In this post, the Union Minister has talked about conducting BSNL 5G enabled call trial and has tagged BSNL. This trial of BSNL’s 5G service has been done in the C-DoT campus.
