BSNL Broadband Plan
BSNL has introduced Monsoon Double Bonanza offer, in which users are being offered great plans at cheap rates. The government telecom company has announced this offer through its official X handle. Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited is rapidly improving its infrastructure. The company is using equipment based on indigenous technology for 4G, 5G and Bharat Fiber broadband service. BSNL has spread its mobile and broadband network all over the country. This information was given by the Union Communications Minister recently.
BSNL monsoon offer
BSNL has announced this monsoon bonanza offer for internet broadband users in urban and rural areas, in which users are being offered a cheap internet plan with 3300GB high speed data. BSNL has reduced the rate of its broadband plan by Rs 100 under this offer. Users are now getting a plan of Rs 499 for Rs 399.
Talking about this broadband plan of BSNL, a total of 3,300GB data is being offered to the users. Unlimited voice calling is also available in this plan. Also, users will be provided internet service at a great speed of 60Mbps. After the data limit is over, the internet speed will decrease to 4Mbps.
Talking about the offer posted by the company, this offer is for new broadband users. Users taking new service of Bharat Fiber broadband are being offered this plan for just Rs 399 for the first month. After this, the price of the plan will be Rs 499. Users can avail this offer through the company’s official website as well as BSNL Selfcare app and WhatsApp helpline.
BSNL’s new helpline service
BSNL has also recently started WhatsApp helpline service. In this, users have to write Hi from their WhatsApp. After this, users get facilities like getting new BSNL plans, bill payment, plan upgrade. Users have to go to their WhatsApp and send a message by writing Hi on the helpline number 1800 4444. After this, users will get a message, in which options like plan upgrade, new plan, bill payment etc. will be available. Users can reply by choosing their favorite option from these.
