Ola Electric Scooter has increased the price of its flagship e-scooter S1 Pro. The price of this scooter has been increased by Rs 10,000. However, the company has not made any change in the price of its S1 variant. At the same time, electric two-wheeler manufacturer Ola has also opened its third window for sale.
After this hike, the Ola S One Pro will now cost Rs 1,20,149 (ex-showroom Delhi, including FAME-II and state subsidy). Whereas according to the ex-showroom, it will come for Rs 1.40 lakh. The company has not given any reason behind increasing the price of the electric scooter.
Launched on August 15 last year, Ola SOne Pro was priced at Rs 1.30 lakh ex-showroom. This is the first increase of this electric scooter by the company. The company has also opened the third sale window, the test ride of which has been started in five cities of India. The company says that it will be opened for customers on weekends as well. It is worth noting that the real ride range of the Ola SOne Pro is claimed to be 130 km, while the ARAI range in better condition is 185 km. Along with this, it also gives a top speed of 115 kmph, which is claimed to accelerate to 100 kmph in three seconds.
During April, Ola Electric sold the most e-scooters in the EV market, surpassing Hero Electric. It delivered 12,683 units, which is more than 40 per cent of Hero Electric’s. According to a report, Ola has sold 10,000 average electric scooters every month.
