The Calcutta High Court of West Bengal has taken a big decision regarding OBC certificate. In fact, recently the High Court has canceled the OBC list issued in Bengal since 2010. The Calcutta High Court said that now no new certificates will be issued. Let us tell you that it will not have any effect on those who got jobs through this list. There are continuous statements in this regard. Meanwhile, BJP National President JP Nadda has also issued a statement. He said that both these decisions show that Mamata Banerjee’s government was pursuing the policy of appeasement in an unconstitutional manner.
Indi alliance promoting appeasement
He said, “Prime Minister Narendra Modi has raised this issue in very clear words in this election as to how the Indi alliance, Mamata Banerjee, Rahul Gandhi and all the rest of the group, under the arrogant alliance, are trying to appease and violate the Constitution. They are flouting it. It is clearly written in the Constitution that there will be no reservation on the basis of religion, this entire arrogant alliance is working to take forward the same Muslim League which led to the partition of India. Mamata Banerjee is protecting the Constitution. She has become the Chief Minister by taking oath and no one is above the Constitution.”
What did JP Nadda say on ending OBC reservation?
JP Nadda said that Rahul Gandhi keeps roaming around with the booklet of the Constitution. But when the High Court’s decision comes on such issues and Muslim appeasement is exposed, they remain silent. The people of India will teach such people a lesson in this election and the people of West Bengal will teach Mamata Banerjee a lesson. Let us tell you that it will not have any effect on the people who have been given jobs through the OBC list in Bengal. That means his job will remain intact. The division bench of Justice Tapobrata Chakraborty and Justice Rajashekhar Manthar has given this decision on Wednesday.
