Churu District Collector Abhishek Surana on Monday gave detailed instructions to the subdivision level officers regarding camps and essential services under Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Antyodaya Sambal Pakhwada to be held in the district from 24 June through VC in DOIT VC Auditorium on Monday.
The District Collector said that the camps should be successfully organized. The participation of all the departments concerned in the camps should be ensured and officers should be ready for every departmental activity. In addition to the applications received from the common people in the camp, Identifies the work related to your department with self -motivation and get it completed. The common man should get the benefit of the best facilities of the government and they should be satisfied in the complaints received from the common man.
He said that the data of the camp should be ensured on the online portal as long as possible. 63 services of 16 departments in the camps will be made available to the common man. At the block level, the subdivision officers should appoint the nodal officer of the camp as per their convenience and ensure that all the works to be done in the camp should be done in the online reporting camp.

He gave appropriate instructions regarding camp arrangements, works and facilities to be provided to the public and departmental works. Along with this, he gave detailed instructions regarding adequate arrangements and essential services for solving medical, drinking water, electricity supply, water filling problem during rainy and summer in subdivision areas.
ADM Arpita Soni discussed the points related to the election process and gave instructions.
