New Delhi: The investigation of NEET paper leak has been handed over to the CBI. After this, the CBI has intensified the investigation of this case. Today, the CBI has also registered the first FIR in the NEET paper leak case. The CBI registered a regular case after the complaint of the Ministry of Education in the NEET exam paper leak case. The CBI has registered an FIR under IPC section 420 for fraud and 120B i.e. conspiracy. After registering its first FIR, the CBI has now started investigating the case.
Separate FIR lodged
If sources are to be believed, the Delhi unit of CBI will investigate the NEET paper leak case. The CBI team will find out the larger conspiracy. Along with this, the CBI will find out the public servants, middle men, institutes, private accused. Apart from this, the CBI is also taking steps to take over the cases registered in Bihar and Gujarat. At present, the CBI has registered a regular case under 120B, 420 and Prevention of Corruption PC Act. It is believed that soon the cases registered in Bihar and Gujarat will be taken over. After this, the CBI will take the case diary from the police of both the states. At the same time, the accused who have been arrested in Bihar will also be taken into custody and their role will be investigated.

Let us tell you that earlier in the UGC NET case also, after the complaint of the Ministry of Education, the CBI has started investigation by registering a regular case against unknown people under sections of fraud and conspiracy. In fact, in the NEET-UG paper leak case, the Ministry of Education took a big decision and handed over its investigation to the CBI on Saturday. Earlier, the news came that the NEET-PG entrance exam to be held on Sunday (23 June) has been postponed. Now a new date will be announced for this exam.
