Raipur (Naiduniya Representative). The BJP has targeted the state government and the administrative system in the matter of missing documents related to the appointment of health workers in the National Health Mission (NHM). Former minister and BJP leader Rajesh Munat tweeted that documents of contract health workers of National Health Mission are being disappeared under conspiracy, it is malicious.
He said that the Bhupesh government had made a false promise of regularization of contractual and irregular employees before taking power. But she couldn’t do it. On the contrary, now the orders are being enforced to disappear the documents from the departments.
Let us tell you that a letter was issued by NHM. In this, complete documents were sought from contract health workers including a copy of the order related to the appointment, letter of attendance in the office. The department said that 10-12 years ago many health workers were recruited. In this, the missing documents are being called from the employees whose documents are not complete.

So that the employees do not face any kind of danger related to the job. Here the employees union has claimed that out of 17000 contractual employees, documents of 1500 have been disappeared. They have come out openly against this. At the same time, there is a demand for high level investigation and action at the government level. A high level inquiry and action has been demanded in the matter.
Documents called for so that there is no problem
The point of missing the appointment documents of 1500 officers from the state office from the office is baseless. Some officers, employees in the state office were appointed Directorate Health Services 10-12 years ago. The documents at the time of their appointment are not available in the office. Documents are being called to ensure that the employees do not face any kind of problem in future. -Doctor. Priyanka Shukla, Director, National Health Mission
Sponsored missing documents
Missing documents related to the appointment of employees is a big negligence of the department. We suspect that the appointment documents of more than 1,500 personnel have been missing from the department in a sponsored manner. Since the employees are working on contract basis. The contract period is extended every year. In such a situation, missing files can play with their future. We demand a high level inquiry from the government. – Ravindra Tiwari, Executive Provincial President, Chhattisgarh State Health Employees Union
