2.duck egg : A duck egg contains about 9 grams of protein. It contains high amounts of vitamins B6, B12, and A. Duck eggs are slightly larger and denser than chicken eggs.
3.ostrich egg : An ostrich egg contains about 30-40 grams of protein, but it is also much larger in size, equivalent to about 24 chicken eggs. It contains high amounts of vitamins A, E, and B12. Ostrich eggs are rare and also cost a lot.

1.Boiled egg : This is considered the healthiest way to eat it as it does not contain any extra fat or calories. You can eat it in salads, sandwiches or just with salt and pepper.

3.Pohch Egg : In this, the egg is cooked by breaking it in boiling water, due to which it is very soft and healthy. It can be eaten with bread toast.
4.Scrambled Eggs : In this, the egg is cooked by breaking it on the pan and stirring it lightly. Some vegetables and mild spices can be added to it.
