Dausa. The land of Devbhoomi Dausa was witness to a historic moment on Thursday, when the inauguration ceremony of the newly constructed court buildings as a new link of the temple of justice took place in a very dignified and inspiring environment. Six newly constructed new court buildings were inaugurated at Dausa Court building from the tax-lame of Rajasthan High Court Chief Justice Shriram Kalpati Rajendran. Chief Justice Shriram Kalpati Rajendran arrived in Dausa for the first time after assuming charge in the Rajasthan High Court. He said that the land of Dausa, Panch Mahadev and Chand Bawdi are rich in heritage and they are overwhelmed here. He told about the new court building that this building is an important step towards connecting justice distribution with efficiency, dignity and sensitivity.
Sanjeev Prakash Sharma, the administrative judge of the Rajasthan High Court, bowed down Dausa as Devanagari and called it a rich land of judicial culture. He described the new court building as a strong medium to fulfill not only the structural need but also to reach the public with dignity and sensitivity. Judge Sanjeev Prakash Sharma said that this building is a place to place the soul of the court, where every plaintiff will not only get justice but will also experience justice. He specially praised the work culture of Dausa jurisdiction, commitment of judicial officers and cooperation of the bar.
Dausa patron judge Sameer Jain said that this building is not only the structure of brick-stone but also the foundation and constitutional ideals of faith in justice. He reported that this building is an excellent example of dedication, coordination and timely execution. The judge explained the importance of the court, saying, “Even though these walls do not speak, their decisions are made.” When justice is done, the constitution resides in the buildings.
On this occasion, the dignified presence of Rajasthan High Court Registrar General Chanchal Mishra and Principal Secretary of Chief Justice Ajay Singh were also notable. All the guests were welcomed and honored by wearing the traditional Rajasthani safa and offering a green symbol, which gave a beautiful coordination of cultural dignity and environmental message in the ceremony.
On this dignified occasion, his wife Usha Shriram also had a connivance with Chief Justice Shriram Kalapati Rajendran. Similarly, the presence of his wife Shuchi Singhvi Jain with patron Justice Sameer Jain gave even more dignity to the event.
6 courts will be operated in this new building including Family Court, Poxo Court, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (MACT), Additional District and Sessions Court, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate No-2 and Additional Civil Judge and Judge and Judicial Magistrate Court.
This construction work was completed at the cost of Rs 834.40 lakh as per the consent of the Finance Department on 6 August, 2020 and the Law Department at a cost of Rs 834.40 lakh, with an amount of Rs 500.64 lakh from the Central sponsored Scheme (CSS) and an amount of ₹ 333.76 lakh was approved from the State Fund (SF). Apart from this, an amount of Rs 92.50 lakh was approved for internal road work and land scraping.
All court rooms have a cassette AC facility. The judges also feature complete air conditioning, video conferencing points in all courts, ramps for disabled, special toilet lifts, fire fighting cylinders, 6 RO -containing water coolers, beautiful landscaping, paved internal roads and green areas.
