New Delhi/Jaipur. Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma met Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah in New Delhi on Thursday. During this, Sharma congratulated the Union Home Minister for the historic success of Operation Sindoor of the Indian Armed Forces against terrorism.
Sharma gave detailed information to the Union Home and Cooperation Minister regarding the progress and innovations of the cooperative sector in Rajasthan. He discussed the topics related to the Computerization of PACS, Maharo Khat Maharo Bank, Gopal Credit Card Scheme and Samriddhi Abhiyan with Sahakar and invited Shah for the proposed Sahakar Sammelan in Rajasthan to commemorate the International Cooperative Year. At the same time, the Chief Minister thanked the Union Cooperation Minister for the successful implementation of 54 initiatives launched under the Samriddhi Abhiyan.
Sharma also met Union Housing and Urban Affairs Minister Manohar Lal. During this, Sharma discussed in detail about drainage development, drinking water availability, metro expansion, smooth transport facility and power generation and supply through various mediums.
The Chief Minister discussed with the Union Housing and Urban Affairs Minister regarding the expansion of urban transport services in various districts of the state and providing smooth transport facilities. Also, he held a detailed talks on providing approval under the Joint Enterprise Model for Jaipur Metro Project-II phase and issuing central assistance early.
Sharma requested Union Energy Minister Manohar Lal to provide approval under RDSS Project to DPR of Rs 1368 crore for the management of power supply of agricultural consumers during the day by Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited.
The Chief Minister requested the Union Energy Minister to provide instructions to CTUIL, CEA, MNRE and other concerned institutions to provide necessary action on priority to develop CTUIL, CEA, MNRE and other related institutions to develop transmission (transmission) mechanisms for the exit of the schemes of 115 GW in Rajasthan and the evacuation of 50 GW.
Meeting with Union Minister of Railways and Union Coal Minister, discussion on important topics
Chief Minister Sharma met Union Railway, Information and Broadcasting and Electronics and Information Technology Minister Ashwini Vaishnav. During this, he discussed the expansion of the railway network for the convenience and industrial development of citizens. Also, various topics related to strengthening digital connectivity and encouraging innovation in the information and broadcast field were also discussed. Apart from this, Sharma met Union Minister of Coal and Mines Kishan Reddy. On this occasion, he held a meaningful discussion about the sustainable development of mineral resources, the possibilities of investment and the basic structure related to the mining sector as well as the coal supply for the power plant.
